Meet Shadina Pennybaker
Shadina Pennybaker brings 23 years of experience as a licensed journeyman electrician, along with experience as a property owner and three years in project management. Over the years, she developed a wide range of hands-on skills through installations and repairs for friends, family, property owners, and contractors.
Electrical work is her specialty, but she also has experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring installation, and general repairs. She created Pennybaker's Handi Ma'am Service to share those skills with homeowners and businesses throughout Hampton Roads.
